Application case study 1: solenoid valve poppet valve
Problem: The valve cone surface problem does not allow the valve to be sealed at low temperatures.
Reason: The poppet spool is a valve assembly that covers the internal passage and is fixed in place by air pressure and springs. In the unactuated position, a sealed spring and rated air pressure are required. The most critical aspect of these poppet valves is the flatness characteristics of the elastomer surface. The flatter the surface, the lower the pressure required to keep the valve closed.
