CYLEX Parts Processing was established in 2007. Although we are still a short-lived company, our engineers have over 20 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in the modification, reinforcement and blending technology of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Reinforcement and blending types include PTFE+PI, PTFE+PEEK, PTFE+PPS, PTFE+POM, PTFE+polyphenylene ester, PTFE+molybdenum dioxide, PTFE+graphite, PTFE+glass fiber, PTFE+carbon fiber, PTFE+copper powder, PTFE antistatic and conductive, etc.
CYLEX provides precision machining services based on the customer’s use environment and technical requirements. For example, disk plug seals, seals, bearings, piston rings, bellows, wear strips, cups, gaskets, bolts, agitators, diaphragms, insulated terminal connectors, ball valve pump assemblies, laboratory products and other parts.

What is your order minimum?
Our typical order minimum for stock items is $50 however this can vary greatly by product. For products manufactured by CYLEX, we have a minimum order of $300.
What is your lead-time?
Stock items can usually be shipped same day if need. Manufactured items are normally 2 – 4 weeks, but that is dependent on the design and material requirements.
What types of materials do you offer?
Customized solutions are available in a variety of materials: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based compounds, Fluoroplastic family (PCTFE,PFA,ECTFE, FEP), modified-PTFE( Alternative Rulon series) , plastics(PEEK,PAI,PEI), UHMWPE,POM Acetal, Nylon, silicone, elastomers and Complex customized components (and multi-component products) can be manufactured using a range of different innovative processes, including compression molding, Isostatic molding, Extrusion, Skiving, Etching, CNC machin ing, dipping and coating techniques.
What types of products do you offer?
O-rings, Gaskets, Extrusions, Bushings, Spring Energized Seals, Engineered Seals, Sealing Systems, and Custom Plastic Shapes. Generally, any type of product you would generically label as a seal. We also offer complete technical support for our products.
Do you have manufacturing capabilities?
Yes, we manufacture our own line of materials, seals,bearings, and plastic parts.
Does CYLEX offer Engineering support?
Yes, we can design products, or complete sealing systems to meet your requirements. CYLEX offers complete technical support for our product line.
What temperature range can your products handle?
From cryogenic to a few thousand degrees depending on the application and type of seal required.
What pressures will your products handle?
We have designed seals for use in full vacuum, and seals used up to 345MPa.
What are your manufacturing capabilities?
In house we have machining capabilities, CNC lathes and mill, and manual lathe and mill. We also offer assembly and kitting.
What type of energizers do you offer in your jacketed seals?
Cantilever, Canted Coil, Helical, Garter Springs, and O-rings.
What is the largest and smallest seal you can make?
we can turn parts up to 1000mm in diameter.We have made seals with an inner diameter as small as0.5mm.
