CYLEX ESD PEEK is a static dissipative material, enhanced with nano-carbon fibers, that exhibits outstanding mechanical strength, toughness, flexural strength, and torsional strength. This antistatic PEEK offers excellent chemical resistance, impressive dielectric properties, temperature resistance up to 482F (250°C), and remarkable resistance to various types of radiation. It achieves static values ranging from 10^6 to 10^9. It is widely used in semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, automotive and medical fields, and is particularly suitable for situations where electrostatic discharge needs to be prevented from damaging sensitive electronic components. Various complex shapes of parts can be manufactured through injection molding, extrusion and other processing methods.
