● Light transmittance: The light transmittance can reach more than 83%, and some high-quality products can even reach 89%, which is similar to glass. ● Impact resistance: Very strong, the impact strength is 250300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic board of the same thickness, and 220 times that of tempered glass.
● Anti-ultraviolet: One side is coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, and the other side has anti-condensation treatment to block ultraviolet rays from passing through.
● Flame retardancy: Excellent, the flame retardant grade is UL-94 V-0~V-2, and the flame retardant grade can reach V-0 for thickness above 6mm. And its own ignition point is 580 degrees Celsius, it will extinguish itself after leaving the fire, and no toxic gas will be produced when burning.
● Manufacturing process: ESD PC board is usually manufactured by extrusion, and the thickness tolerance is generally 3~5 wires.
