Manual PFA Diaphragm Valve with Bevel Seat End, 1inch
The CYLEX Manual PFA Diaphragm Valve with Bevel Seat End is engineered for applications requiring the highest integrity connections. The bevel seat end allows for direct butt-welding to the pipeline, creating a permanent, smooth, and leak-free joint that is superior to mechanical connections. This design is ideal for ultra-high purity, corrosive, and abrasive services where hygiene and reliability are critical.

Core Features and Advantages
The advantages of PFA manual diaphragm valves primarily stem from the properties of PFA material and its structural design:
Extremely high chemical inertness:
PFA, known as the “King of Plastics,” is resistant to corrosion from nearly all strong acids, bases, strong oxidizers, organic solvents, and mixed chemicals. This is its most prominent advantage.
Extremely high purity:
PFA is inherently clean, releasing no impurities and contaminating the fluid. This makes it a top choice for high-purity industries such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, biopharmaceuticals, and food and beverages.
No dead spots, easy to clean:
The flow path of a diaphragm valve is typically straight. When the diaphragm is open, the fluid path is smooth, with virtually no dead spots and little chance of residual media. This makes it ideal for processes requiring CIP (cleaning in place) or SIP (sterilization in place).
Excellent sealing:
The diaphragm completely isolates the valve cavity from the valve stem drive mechanism, achieving a true packingless seal. The fluid only contacts the diaphragm and valve body, completely eliminating the risk of leakage through the valve stem.
Excellent Temperature Resistance:
PFA has a wide continuous operating temperature range, typically between -50°C and 180°C, meeting the most demanding process temperature requirements.
