PFA Flared-to-Flange Union
The CYLEX PFA Flared-to-Flange Union body is made of PFA (soluble polytetrafluoroethylene), which offers excellent chemical resistance, high purity, and high-temperature resistance (-18°C to 200°C).
Design:
Flare End: Typically features a PFA tubing flare design, secured by crimping or threading to ensure a tight seal.
Flange End: Conforms to standard flange specifications, facilitating connection to other flanged equipment.
Sealing Method: PFA gaskets, O-rings (e.g., EPDM, FFKM), or metal seals may be used to ensure leak-proof operation.
CYLEX Plastics supports small batch customization, large quantity discounts, fast delivery, and guaranteed after-sales service. Send us your drawings today!
