● Wear resistance: POM-H itself has excellent wear resistance, and PTFE as a lubricant can further enhance the wear resistance of the blend.
● High temperature resistance: POM-H has average high temperature resistance, but by blending with PTFE, the high temperature resistance of the material can be improved to a certain extent, usually resistant to high temperatures of about 120 degrees.
● Lubricity: PTFE has an extremely low friction coefficient and excellent lubrication performance, which makes the blend of POM-H and PTFE have excellent performance in sliding parts.
● Chemical stability: Both POM-H and PTFE have good chemical stability and can resist corrosion from a variety of chemicals.
